7th January delivery update

A collection was made yesterday afternoon of orders placed on Monday evening, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Having spoken with Fedex this morning, they are making efforts to deliver where possible and depots that were closed in the north of the country seem to be reopened.

There are problems in the south with some of the depots, in the Oxfordshire and Glouscestershire areas having problems because of the snow.

We are expecting orders from Wednesday afternoon and Thursday up to around 3pm to be sent out, and depending on the conditions where they are due for delivery these will be due for delivery tomorrow.

Deliveries due 5th Jan 2010

Currently we are aware that a number of Fedex depots are closed today due to the weather conditions. These include Chorley, Manchester and Leeds.

This may lead to a delay in the delivery of your order, you can visit Fedex's website to track your delivery using the tracking number you have been sent.

Due to the closure of the Chorley depot, no orders will be collected from our warehouse today, and so orders placed from 3pm on Monday 4th Jan, due for delivery on Wednesday 6th Jan will be delayed until at least Thursday 7th Jan.

Please accept our apologies for the delay, but it is unavoidable. We will continue to take orders and will endeavour to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

There will be further updates on this blog page as we have further information from Fedex regarding their deliveries.
